The 90-Day Authority Protocol is a digital educational product. Upon purchase, you receive immediate access to all course content, AI-powered tools, frameworks, and resources. Due to the immediate delivery of digital content, we are unable to offer refunds once access has been granted.
2.2 Our Commitment
We stand behind the value of our programme. If you complete all four phases, implement the frameworks in good faith, and do not experience a meaningful shift in your positioning, pricing confidence, or client quality within 90 days, we invite you to contact us directly. While we do not offer standard refunds, we are committed to working with you to identify what may be missing and to provide additional support to ensure you get value from the programme.
2.3 Eligibility for Case-by-Case Review
In exceptional circumstances, we may consider a partial credit or alternative resolution if:
- You can demonstrate completion of all four programme phases
- You have actively engaged with the AI tools and assessments
- You contact us within 90 days of your original purchase date
- You provide specific details about the challenges you experienced
Any resolution in such cases is at our sole discretion and is not guaranteed.
3. Freedom Reset Elite Programme ($10,000)
The Freedom Reset Elite Programme is a high-touch, application-based 1:1 coaching engagement. Refund terms for this programme are outlined in the individual client agreement provided upon acceptance into the programme. Please review your agreement carefully before making payment.
4. Chargebacks & Disputes
We encourage you to contact us directly at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in permanent suspension of your account and access to all products and services.
5. Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally make a duplicate purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of the transaction and we will promptly issue a full refund for the duplicate charge.
6. Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing purchased content, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue promptly. Technical difficulties do not automatically qualify for a refund — we will first attempt to resolve the issue and ensure you can access your content.
